After your claim has been reported we will need to review your vehicle damages.
We have the following options available:
Each claim is reviewed and investigated by a claims adjuster.
The adjuster will conduct a detailed review of the applicable auto policy and available coverages.
Our adjusters will also take statements from all involved parties, including witnesses, and will review accident facts and existing investigative reports such as police or incident reports.
We will keep all parties informed during this review and will be happy to answer questions and concerns.
If you have rental reimbursement coverage on your policy, we will cover the cost of a rental vehicle while your vehicle is undergoing repairs according to the terms and conditions of your policy.
You may use the rental car company of your choice and for your convenience.
IMPORTANT: For non – InsureScan MGA policyholders, a full accident investigation must be completed before we can determine if we will provide rental accommodations for the loss.
